Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Southwestern Community Services, Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, Item #39), to add funding and modify scope of the continued provision of a housing services continuum of care project, by increasing the price limitation by $301,059 from $3,709,728 to $4,010,787 with no change to the contract completion date of December 31, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
