Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Blue Heron Neurofeedback and Counseling, LLC, North Conway, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/12/23, Item #13), to continue providing behavioral-based intervention Contingency Management programming for individuals diagnosed with Opioid and/or Stimulant Disorder, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the total price limitation by $50,000 from $344,907 to $394,907 and extending the completion date from September 29, 2024 to September 29, 2025. Effective retroactive to September 30, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
