Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with the City of Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/20/23, Item #17), to add funding to support staffing and workforce development by increasing the total price limitation by $220,000 from $1,765,400 to $1,985,400 with no change to the contract completion date of December 31, 2027.
