Authorize the Office of Access, Opportunity and Compliance to enter into a contract with Turner Surety and Insurance Brokerage, Inc., Saddle Brook, NJ, based on a single bid received in a low bid process, for a total fee of $24,523, to provide employment outreach and placement services for minorities and female candidates under the New Hampshire On-the-Job Training program necessary to meet Federally mandated EEO/Affirmative Action requirements in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
