Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving, Inc., Londonderry, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $4,093,112.04 for pavement resurfacing on one section of roadway (Bedford-Londonderry, Manchester Airport Access Road) in District 5. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $204,655.60 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
