Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic Stability, to exercise a contract renewal option with Deloitte Consulting, LLP, New York, NY (originally approved by G&C on 11/2/22, Item #34), to extend the maintenance and operations services for three years and to add integral enhancement projects to the Department’s Integrated eligibility and enrollment system, New HEIGHTS, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $41,588,760.52 from $48,993,992.40 to $90,582,682.92 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2025 to September 30, 2028.
