Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with Southwestern Community Services, Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #89), by increasing the price limitation by $267,000 from $4,591,657 to $4,858,657 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through remaining regular program year funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. There is no time extension being requested for this contract. 100% Federal Funds
