Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #90), by increasing the price limitation by $533,000 from $5,531,334 to $6,064,334 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through remaining regular program year funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. There is no time extension being requested for this contract. 100% Federal Funds
