Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a retroactive Special Use Permit with the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce, Hampton, NH for the 35th Annual Seafood Festival. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of September 3, 2024 through September 12, 2024. (2) Further authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to accept payment from the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce, Hampton, NH, in the amount of $11,400 for Special Use Permit fees for the 35th Annual Seafood Festival. Effective upon G&C approval.
