Description
Authorize to amend a Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust grant to the Town of Enfield, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/27/24, Item #61), by extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2026, to allow additional time to complete the agreed upon project to replace one engine model year 2006 plow truck. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. This is a no cost time extension. 100% Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust Funds
