Authorize to amend a sole source contract with Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management, Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C approval on 12/20/23, Item #114), for services related to the analysis and reporting of economic impacts for the “Climate Pollution Reduction Grants” program by extending the project completion date from June 30, 2025 to January 31, 2026, and increasing the contract amount by $83,000 from $60,000 to $143,000, and revising the Scope of Services to include additional tasks. Effective upon G&C approval through January 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
