Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to a contract with Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/1/22, Item #76), to conduct natural hazard vulnerability assessment by extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025; adjusting the scope of services to address emerging federal requirements and to incorporate five additional impacted communities; and by increasing the contract amount by $855,193 from $691,087 to $1,546,280.
