Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc., Columbia, MD (originally approved by G&C on 8/2/23, Item #75), to provide Temporary Staffing Service to NHVH, by increasing the price limitation by $651,571 from $1,380,000 to $2,031,571, with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval.
