Authorize a sole source amendment to extend the contract with Intralot, Inc., Duluth, GA (originally approved by G&C on 9/9/09, Item #133), for the Lottery’s central gaming system and associated services by an additional seven years from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2033. Effective upon G&C approval, subject to the costs and fees set forth in the proposed contract amendment. 100% Lottery Funds
