Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Wentworth, NH, in the amount of $997,576.20 to upgrade and replace the double culverts on Rowentown Road with a 32-foot wide hydraulic opening. Effective upon G&C approval through May 2, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
