Description
Authorize to amend a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to the City of Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #124), by extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to June 30, 2025, to complete the closing on the protection of +/- 45 acres of land in the hydrologic area of concern for the Bellamy Reservoir, which is the drinking water supply for the Portsmouth Water System. Effective upon G&C approval. This is a no cost time extension. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
