Description
Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #10), for the continued development, implementation, analysis, and reporting of the New Hampshire Public Mental Health Client Satisfaction Survey, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $168,000 from $168,000 to $336,000 and extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2026. Effective January 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Behavioral Health Services Information System). Contingent upon approval of Item #6.
