Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #42), for the continued provision of housing services continuum of care projects, and to add a Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, Transitional Housing project, by increasing the price limitation by $224,316 from $1,432,280 to $1,656,596 with no change to the contract expiration date of August 31, 2027. Effective retroactive to October 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
