Authorize to accept and expend funds from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, entitled Money Follows the Person Rebalancing Demonstration, in the amount of $1,680,986. (2) Further authorize to establish three full-time temporary positions; two Social and Community Service Managers-4 (Housing Continuum Administrator and Quality Assurance Coordinator), and one Miscellaneous Community and Social Service Specialists-7 (Person-Centered Planning Liaison). Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on November 15, 2024.
