Description

Authorize to enter into a contract with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH, in the amount of $448,083 to administer the Commodity Supplemental Food Program and Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program services for eligible low-income older adults. Effective January 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% Federal Funds New Hampshire Hospital
