Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive Memorandum of Understanding with New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Concord, NH, in the amount of $500,000 to provide opioid and/or stimulant use disorder case management re-entry services. Effective retroactive to September 30, 2025, upon G&C approval through September 29, 2027, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. 100% Federal Funds
