Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, Item #41B, archived document ), to add funding and modify scope for the continued provision of Continuum of Care housing services, by increasing the price limitation by $1,385,645 from $3,093,201 to $4,478,846 with no change to the contract completion date of November 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
