Description
Authorize to amend a sole source cooperative agreement with the University of New Hampshire, Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #122), for community engagement for the Federal “Climate Pollution Reduction Grants” program by extending the project completion date from December 31, 2024 to September 30, 2027, increasing the contract amount of $725,942 from $264,145 to $990,087, and revising the scope of work to include additional tasks. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
