Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Cross Roads House, Inc., Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/19/23, Item #17, archived document ), to add funding and modify scope for the continued provision of Continuum of Care housing services, by increasing the price limitation by $128,433 from $1,692,940 to $1,821,373 with no change to the contract completion date of July 31, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
