Authorize with the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security to amend a contract with Alera Group, Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 11/10/21, Item #62), for consulting and actuarial services for the Granite State Paid Family Leave Plan by increasing the price limitation by $1,280,000 from $1,924,230 to $3,204,230 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
