Authorize to transfer general funds in the amount of $17,333,401 between various class lines, increase and decrease Federal revenues resulting in a net decrease of $1,146,760, increase and decrease Other revenues resulting in a net change of $0, and create new expenditure class codes, as detailed in the letter dated October 25, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 15, 2024.
