Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with NFI North, Inc., Contoocook, NH, in the amount of $2,000,000 to establish an eight single-person bedroom community residence that provides transitional housing to young adults, ages 18-26, who are experiencing mental illness and/or co-occurring mental illness and substance use conditions. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion dates as detailed in the letter dated October 28, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
