Description

Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/10/24, Item #9), to provide training and technical assistance to the Department’s Home Visiting Programs by exercising a contract renewal option, and increasing the price limitation by $335,000 from $425,000 to $760,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 54% Federal Funds, 46% General Funds
