Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $15,987,400, for toll conversion to All Electronic Tolling on the F.E. Everett Turnpike in Bedford, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $799,370 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 24, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Turnpike Funds
