Description
Authorize to accept and expend funds from the Deferred Compensation Commission Reserve account in the amount of $144,000, to enable the Commission to issue a Request for Proposal for an independent audit firm to conduct Financial Statement audits of the State of New Hampshire Public Employees Deferred Compensation plan. (2) Further authorize to allocate the funds as detailed in the letter dated October 22, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Agency Income. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 15, 2024.
