Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Blake Thermal Sales and Services, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #17, archived document ), for the continued provision of boiler repair and maintenance services at Glencliff Home, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $60,000 from $120,000 to $180,000 and extending the completion date from January 31, 2026 to January 31, 2028. Effective February 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds New Hampshire Hospital
