Authorize, acting pursuant to RSA 4:40 on behalf of the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, to grant on behalf of the State of New Hampshire to Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy a perpetual utility line easement over portions of two abutting parcels of State land at Hampstead Hospital located at 218 East Road in Hampstead, NH, to accommodate the installation of a new subsurface electrical distribution line to serve the future DHHS facility now under construction on site. Hunting or fishing would not be permissible within the proposed easement area due to its proximity to the main Hampstead Hospital driveway, occupied residential and medical buildings, and public roads, and also the lack of suitable space, rivers, or ponds located therein.
