Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Hutter Construction Corporation, New Ipswich, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/30/24, Item #128, archived document ), increasing the price limitation by $853,380 for a total price not to exceed $35,851,309.15 for construction services for the ARPA Youth Development Center Replacement in Hampstead, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $200,000 for unanticipated site expenses. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of the construction phase, estimated to be August 31, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal ARPA. Contingent upon approval of Item #103 above.
