Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with D.L. King & Associates, Merrimack, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/25/24, Item #189), by increasing the price limitation by $1,050,000 from $929,800 for a total not to exceed $1,979,800 for Bathroom Renovations in the State House, Concord, NH, with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2026. 98.1% Federal Funds – ARPA, 1.9% General Funds. (2) Further authorize a payment of $5,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided.
