Description
Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds from the American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds, in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 to support the construction of the future youth development center. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds as detailed in the letter dated September 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on October 18, 2024.
