Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch, Administrative Office of the Courts, Office of Mediation and Arbitration, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #16), to revise the scope of work to add guardian ad litem services, by increasing the price limitation by $63,500 from $233,525 to $297,025 with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2025.
