Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Waypoint, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/31/23, Item #17), to add scope and funding to the housing services continuum of care project by increasing the price limitation by $1,789,355 from $804,904 to $2,594,259 with no change to the contract completion date of May 31, 2027. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
