Authorize to accept and expend funds from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living, entitled Adult Protective Services Formula Grants to States, in the amount of $111,375. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds in the account as detailed in the letter dated October 2, 2024, to include additional funding for a part-time temporary position MANAGEMENT ANALYSTS (originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #19). Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on October 18, 2024.
