Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to award a grant to the City of Lebanon, NH, in the amount of $835,110, to extend Taxiway A south to the Runway 36 end, Phase IV, at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. Effective upon G&C approval through August 28, 2028. (2) Further authorize to award a grant to the City of Lebanon, in the amount of $5,404,129, to relocated Taxiway A2 and extend Taxiway A south to Runway 36 end, Phase III, at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. Effective upon G&C approval through September 8, 2028. (3) Further authorize to award a grant to the City of Lebanon, in the amount of $1,826,528, to relocate Taxiway A2 and extend Taxiway A, Phase V, by constructing the localizer (navigational aid) grading and relocation at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. Effective upon G&C approval through September 8, 2028. 95% Federal Funds, 5% State Funds
