Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract with Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, Portsmouth, NH, for an amount not to exceed $236,385, to provide a portion of the non-Federal Funds required to match Federal Transit Administration grant funds for eligible revenue rolling stock. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029. 100% State Capital Funds
