Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Berg Contracting & Construction, LLC, Fitzwilliam, NH on the basis of a low bid of $499,400 for slip line replacement on NH Route 16 (Spauling Turnpike) in Milton, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $49,940 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 30, 2025. 100% Turnpike Funds
