Authorize to accept and expend $749,926 in Federal Funds from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for the purposes related to restoring and repurposing the former Emery Estate at Glenn’s Cove Wildlife Management Area to enhance public access and fulfill programmatic construction needs for the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize to accept and expend a donation in the amount of $97,041 from the Great Bay Stewards, to be used as part of the Federal match requirement. 100% Private Funds (Donation). (3) Further authorize to accept a donation in the amount of $97,041 from the Great Bay Stewards, to be used as part of the Federal match requirement. 100% Private Funds (Donation).
