Authorize to amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Town of Newmarket, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/10/24, Item #46), by increasing the grant limitation by $100,000 from $500,000 to $600,000, for septage upgrades at its Wastewater Treatment Facility. Effective upon G&C approval through March 1, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
