Authorize to amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Town of North Hampton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/18/23, Item #82), by increasing the grant limitation by $38,222 from $40,000 to $78,222, to provide additional funding to complete an interconnection to a public water system to remediate per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances. Effective upon G&C approval through January 1, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
