Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the Manchester Police Department, Manchester, NH, in an amount not to exceed $186,000, from the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Program, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant and Substance Abuse Site-based Program for expenses incurred and services provided for activities surrounding the expansion and enhancement of the Prevention, Enforcement and Treatment Program. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
