Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with New Horizons Learning, LLC, New Braunfels, TX (originally approved by G&C on 9/11/20, Item #49), for managed learning services by increasing the price limitation by $1,000,000 from $399,592.84 to an amount up to and not to exceed $1,399,592.84 with no change to the completion date of July 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval.
