Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with PC Construction Company, South Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #277), by increasing the price limitation by $2,341,244.52 for a total price not to exceed $45,381,484.66 for the project ARPA Secure Psychiatric Unit Forensic Hospital, Concord, NH, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2025 to February 5, 2026. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $45,431,484.66. Effective upon G&C approval through February 5, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
