Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with PC Construction, Burlington, VT, for a total price not to exceed $3,229,180 for a Weeks State Historic Site improvements located in Lancaster, NH. 79% Federal Funds – ARPA, 9% General Funds, 12% Capital Funds. (2) Further authorize a payment of $78,750 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering and project management services provided. 100% Capital Funds. Effective upon G&C approval through October 23, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms.
