Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with MWH Constructors, Inc., Broomfield, CO, for a total price not to exceed $47,333,775 for Fish Hatchery Modernization located in New Hampton, NH. 100% Federal Funds – ARPA. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $3,056,225 for unanticipated site expenses. 100% Capital Funds. (3) Further authorize a payment of $400,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds – ARPA
