Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source grant agreement with Pleasant Valley SNF, LLC d/b/a Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center, Derry, NH, in the amount of $750,000, under the provisions of Chapter Law 211 that makes an appropriation to the Department relative to certain licensed nursing facilities and creates certain conditions on facilities receiving the appropriated money. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029. 100% General Funds New Hampshire Hospital
